FAQ's

We only ship to USA and Australia.  We do not ship to Europe or UK.

Also note that Unichem Pharmaceuticals product would be shipped from a separate warehouse compared to other products. If you purchase other product(s) from a different warehouse, your order would be delivered twice and your shipping bill would be double the normal amount.

Your order will be sent from a secure location in Europe.

We will post your tracking number to the email address provided on the order page upon request.

All tracking numbers are provided no later than 7 days from receving payment, usually faster but do not hesitate to contact us, once you order from us we are sure you will understand our system and feel perfectly peaceful on your next order, we pride ourself with repeat customers.

We bill discreetly and is shown as on your statement as something normal. If you have concerns please contact us.

We accept all major bank cards as well as crypto (BTC attracts further discount and so does any crypto email us for more info).

Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds.

If something has not arrived please contact ASAP quoting either your order number or name you purchased under and we can check the tracking on the item. If it is lost in transit we will send another consignment. (Note: This is ONLY applicable if this is your first order OR if you have paid extra for insurance).

Of course, your order will be securely packaged and be discreet.

We will automatically resend your order free of charge (on your first order, also please note this if you purchased 1-3 items in your order) moving  forward we will need proof of a custom seizure letter.

Please place a small order to try us out, you have a guarantee by using your credit card to pay that if your order does not arrive you can claim back your money.
